Measurement of Characteristics
The production of the pilot specimen is followed by checking its characteristics.
For antennas and arrays, the characteristics under checking are the frequency dependence of the standing-wave ratio (SWR), the pattern (P) and the gain factor (GF) in the direction of radiation maximum.
For power dividers/combiners, the characteristics under checking are the input/output connector transmission ratio, the adjacent output connector transmission ratio and the frequency dependence of the SWR.
The SWR and the transmission ratios are measured using a KEYSIGHT FieldFox N9918A network analyzer at frequencies of up to 26.5 GHz:

Measurements at frequencies over 26.5 GHz, as well as measurements of the P and GF, are carried out using the anechoic chamber of the Moscow Aviation Institute.

Our partners also carry out environmental tests using a climatic test chamber, impact tests and vibration tests:

All measuring equipment and test benches are provided with pattern approval certificates of measuring instruments.
